Ingredients
- 4 Ontario peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1/4 lb sliced prosciutto
- 1/4 lb fresh ricotta cheese, crumbled
- 1 small bunch basil, torn into pieces
- 2 tbsps good quality olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Arrange slices of prosciutto and peaches on a plate. Top with crumbled ricotta and torn basil and finish with a drizzle of olive oil, fresh cracked pepper and salt.
