Friday and Saturdays from November through February, our winery is open until 8pm - we invite you to experience exceptional wine and mouthwatering food. But that’s not all - our dazzling light installation beckons - sip on a selection of exquisite wines as you explore the 'light tunnel'. Warm up by the firepits, enjoy delicious s'mores, and indulge in our specialty drink menu along with seasonally inspired culinary offerings, thoughtfully crafted to complement winter's ambiance. The Niagara-on-the-Lake Icewine Village transforms the Historic District into a picturesque winter wonderland where you can experience Niagara’s world-renowned Icewine.

Stroll along charming Queen Street, enjoy tastings from local wineries paired with delicious culinary creations, and cozy up around fire pits with Muskoka chairs and blankets. Watch live ice carving demonstrations and soak in the festive atmosphere. Experience the magic of Icewine!

Time: 5:30pm to 8:30pm | Embark on a culinary adventure with our new monthly cooking classes! Join us for themed sessions where you'll learn seasonal recipes and culinary techniques. 

Upon arrival, enjoy a selection of cheeses and charcuterie to welcome you. Led by our Estate chef, the culinary team will guide you through the preparation of each dish. Enjoy two glasses of premium wine perfectly selected to complement your cooking experience.

Get hands-on as you prepare each dish with selected ingredients (and instructions from Chef, naturally!). Gather family-style to enjoy your culinary masterpieces, paired with our finest white, red and Icewine.
