Indulge in our newly released 2021 vintages of Jordan Village, Claystone Terrace and Le Grand Clos each individually paired with various inspired Burgundian dishes prepared by Chef Ryan Crawford from Ruffino’s Pasta Bar and Grill in Niagara-on-the-lake. Experience the essence of Inniskillin with our exclusive Chardonnay Immersion. Join winemaker Nicholas Gizuk for a deep dive into our vineyard and the art of Chardonnay. Get hands-on in the vineyard, enjoy a barrel tasting, and conclude with a gourmet lunch, prepared by Chef Daniel McAllister, and paired with our finest Chardonnays.
