Great Estates Niagara offers free standard shipping on online orders of $150 or more for Wine Club members. Orders must be placed through www.greatestatesniagara.com to qualify. Wine Club members must be logged in to www.greatestatesniagara.com with their username and password for the shipping discount to automatically apply. Packages shipped with free standard shipping are shipped via Canada Post – Expedited Parcel Service and total order delivery time will take between 2 - 7 business days (next day local, 3-day regional, 7 day rural). Orders must be over $150 before any applicable taxes or shipping charges.

All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays. Business hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm EST. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it is shipped.
Pick up orders
Please allow 1-2 business days processing time before your order can be picked up.
Inter-provincial shipping
At this time, we are legally permitted to ship within Canada to select provinces: Ontario, Manitoba, British Columbia and Nova Scotia.
Canada Post shipping details
Great Estates Niagara fufills online and Wine Club shipping through Canada Post. A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been shipped. All packages containing alcohol must be signed for at delivery by an adult (minimum 19 years of age) and cannot be left at your door. Please be sure to verify your shipping address before submitting your order. Postal codes must be entered alpha numerically.
Wine delivery should be attempted to your door, however in the event of inclement weather, for example, a claim ticket may be left in your community mailbox and not at a physical address. We encourage you to have packages directed to a business address for prompt delivery.
Order tracking
When your order is shipped from the winery, you'll receive e-notification of your shipment, including a Canada Post tracking number. www.canadapost.ca.
Returned to sender shipments
If you were not home at time of delivery, or if no one over the age of 19 was available available to sign for delivery, Canada Post will leave a door tag redirecting you to the nearest postal facility for pick up. The facility can also be located by inputting your tracking number at the Canada Post website. Your package will be held at the postal location for 10 business days after the first delivery attempt.
If the parcel is not retrieved for pickup within 10 business days, it will be returned to Great Estates Niagara and we'll contact you to advise that the parcel will be held for one month for claim; due to limited storage, we cannot hold package for longer than one month. You will have the option to have parcel reshipped to you at our regular shipping rates (see above) or, picked up at Jackson-Triggs Niagara Estate (2145 Niagara Stone Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake). Great Estates Niagara is not responsible for additional shipping charges associated with return-to-sender packages.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
A new order will need to be created if shipping to more than one destination. If you have an order with various shipping destinations and require assistance, contact our team at 905-468-4637 X 6182.
