Jackson-Triggs and Inniskillin Wines are delighted to partner with i4C, and the Cool School is back in session! This day includes a headlining keynote address presented by Stefan Neumann, Master Sommelier, followed by three informative, dynamic sessions and tastings. Lunch and networking coffee breaks allow for plenty of opportunity to connect with your fellow Cool Climate classmates. Tickets include the Walk-Around Tasting 'meet & greet' from 4:30pm - 6:00pm for international winemakers, media and Ontario industry guests.

Vineyard Essence: Inniskillin Chardonnay Edition

Experience Inniskillin's 'essence' with our exclusive Chardonnay immersion. Join winemaker Nicholas Gizuk for a deep dive into our vineyard and the art of Chardonnay production. Get hands-on in the vineyard, enjoy a tasting from the barrel and enjoy a gourmet lunch prepared by Chef Daniel McAllister, paired with our finest Chardonnays. i4C International is thrilled to have one of Niagara-on-the-Lake’s most iconic Inns act as host again to this year’s World Tour Tasting and Dinner.

This picture-perfect evening at the Riverbend Inn, set amidst the vineyard and orchards, will unfold with an outdoor grand tasting of i4C 2023’s entire showcase of Chardonnays followed by a family style dinner, featuring our i4C winemakers' favourite cool climate reds – Pinot Noir, Gamay and Cabernet Franc followed by the “Aprés Chardonnay” bar and live entertainment by XPrime.
