Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ozs Rum
- 1 1/2 ozs Cranberry Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Orange Juice, freshly squeezed
- Orange Zest
- Jackson-Triggs Grand Entourage Sparkling Brut
Directions
For a spooky rim, dip your martini glass in simple syrup and then dip into some Halloween sprinkles. Set this aside on the counter or freezer to set.
In a shaker or mixing glass, add ice, cranberry juice, orange juice, simple syrup, orange zest and rum in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake until thoroughly chilled.
Strain the mixture into your rimmed martini glass, top with Jackson-Triggs Grand Entourage Sparkling.
