This vintage of Tradition incorporates the traditional blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Blending these three varietals results in a gorgeous structure and depth to the wine, as well as an elegance and complexity that is unparalleled to any single varietal sparkling wine.
The resulting wine has abundant fruit character on the nose with notes of ripe clementine and candied lime. On the palate, flavours of fresh squeezed grapefruit, clementine and a touch of biscuit dominate, while gorgeous minerality on the back palate lends a touch of weight to a crisp and structured finish.
